If you have worked successfully in a dog daycare, professional dog training, a veterinary setting, a grooming and/or kennel setting, please note this as these are much more closely related to the needs of understanding group and individual dog behavior than other dog related jobs.
Waghouse pays for online training to all hired staff members but new staff are required to complete these dog training courses within the first 30 days of hiring, on their own time. This is not a temporary position and staff training is a personalized, paid program so please be serious when applying.
Position: Dog Coach and Caretaker with the possibility of bathing dogs, dog nail trims, dog ear cleaning, teeth brushing, anal gland expressions, and lots and lots of daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE, not just work with dogs.
