Frequently Asked Questions
FAQS:
Is Waghouse Dog Daycare an open play or kennel daycare?
We are an OPEN PLAY, Cage-free facility with overall building space of 6900 square ft.
We have 3 separate indoor play areas and 1 outdoor play area which groups are rotated in and out of.
We do have only 9 spacious dog kennels that are utilized for dogs needing a break to regulate if they are overstimulated; for rest if they are tired; or if they have decided dog daycare is not for them and need to be separated to be cared for until owners arrive.
What is required for my dog to attend Dog Daycare?
After signing up via the client portal under “New Client Registration”, please upload your dogs most current vaccine records.
Once your records are uploaded your account will be reviewed to ensure we have everything we need.
In the meantime, you can request the day you prefer for your dogs evaluation day. We will reach out to let you know if your vet confirms you are missing anything, or we will send you the confirmation of your request for them to have their first evaluation day. This confirmation will come through email.
